We also provide information and support to concerned friends and family members, teachers, counselors, service providers and members of law enforcement. The services at Brigid Collins are offered through their Child Advocacy Center (CAC) which works with child victims of sexual assault/abuse. Brigid Collins also offers sexual assault/ abuse therapy groups for children and non-offending caregivers as well as parenting and case management support.

The ‘me too.’ movement was founded in 2006 to help survivors of sexual violence, particularly Black women and girls, and other young women of color from low wealth communities, find pathways to healing. Our vision from the beginning was to address both the dearth in resources for survivors of sexual violence and to build a community of advocates, driven by survivors, who will be at the forefront of creating solutions to interrupt sexual violence in their communities.

RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network) is the nation's largest anti-sexual violence organization. At Rebound, we work with families who are trying to recover and rebuild after experiencing the devastating effects of trauma. Often trauma-background families are the most susceptible to continue cycles of abuse, neglect and/or poverty, unless there is some type of intervention.
